Release 1.3.0
What's New
BVH Supprot
BVH format motion files are now supported. The content preparation of BVH motion is similar to VMD files, they need to be placed within the "motion" folder and you can group several together by keeping them in the same subfolder and also include an audio file with them.
ZIP and VAR (used by virt-a-mate) packages are supported natively. If you have VAR packages that contains BVH motion, you can simply copy your VAR file to your motion folder without extracting the content.
BVH format may have different variaties based on the rigging systems they use, currently most virt-a-mate motion work perfectly and if you look for mocap data elsewhere try choose the daz3d format for better result.
Using BVH motion is no different from the VMD motions. You can load them via the motion select dialog or menu and assign to an actor.
Menu Changes
The menu system has been restructured especially for the motion related part.
The motion menu is now grouped in "Audio" and "Motion" parts.
From the "Audio" menu you can load motion that contains audio, and config audio related settings.
The "Motion" menu lists all loaded motions that allow you to assign and access motion related settings. You can also choose to assign motion to all actors or only the selected one.
When loading actor or motion, the content selection menu has been expanded to expose the entire content library including favourites, tags and the whole folder structure. The old UI is also available to use if you still prefer that.
Experimental Menu based UI: You can turn on menu based UI which will be operable via directional input without needing a pointer. In VR mode the menu based UI will appear on your hand and is controllable via the thumbstilcks. So you can move it in or out of the way quickly and be able to change settings without having to look at it. Beware that this is still experimental and certain things might not work.
Other fixes & improvements:
* Black screen issues with certain models should now be fixed.
* Setting saving & restore issues fixed.
* More accurate leg pose after feet adjustment. Previously in some cases legs bend more than they should when feet adjustment is on.
* Hands and fingers pose should now be much more accurate as well even when the model has different rigging than the motion.
* XPS body collider greatly improved to avoid physics objects penetrating body.
* XPS clothing physics works better too.
* Outfit & light ball enhancements
